Notes Worth Taking


Simple notes I swear by:

I’m a firm believer in the 80/20 rule.

Crowding out poor choices with better ones simply makes sense. Don’t do without. Crowd out.

Structure within wellness provides mental freedom.

Eat plants + eat them often. After all, they are God’s gift to us.

Protein is the most satiating macronutrient.

Move your body — everyday.

Stay hydrated.

Never eat a naked card.

Sleep at least 7-8 hours per night. Can’t in this season? Give yourself grace. You will again soon.

Walking is terribly underrated.

Multitasking is terribly overrated.

Perfection is not real.

Nature is your friend.

Prioritize your spiritual practice as much or more than you prioritize your phone.

Feel emotions. Don’t suppress.

Boundaries are important.

Never stop learning.

Ask for help when you need it.

Human touch increases dopamine + serotonin — the feel good hormones.

Don’t eat late a night.

Never go to bed angry.

Breathe + breathe deep.

Love + be loved.

You deserve it.
